You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of the use of Concord Review or these Terms must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or it shall forever be barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to the contrary. Within this period, any failure by Provider to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
If any provision in these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, the parties agree that the court or arbitrator should give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Provider’s failure to act with respect to a breach by any visitor using Concord Review does not constitute a waiver of its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Reduce Presence, Maintain Increased Security
A “Country Emergency” security environment, displaying a breakdown in government control and law and order with a very high level of security unrest. The primary objective is to ensure that the personal security exposure for country, company staff is kept to an absolute minimum as deemed necessary for the maintenance of day-to-day business operations. Country, company management is to evacuate remaining non-essential staff and consider the voluntary evacuation of essential staff as appropriate. Increased organizational and personal security and risk management procedures are required as appropriate.
Continued and increasing security incidents and high levels of tension remain in effect. High levels of security unrest including acts of terrorism, politically motivated violence, public unrest and criminal activity continue, including country, company focused incidents. Authorities continue to lack the ability to maintain control, law and order. Security incidents continue to have a wider impact on public safety and security.
High levels of vulnerability and exposure to direct/indirect adverse impact on country, company operations and/or personnel remain. There is a need to continue the evacuation of non-essential and essential staff as required.
“Alert Level Red” The evacuation of families is complete. Mandatory evacuation of non-essential staff and voluntary evacuation of essential staff continues as appropriate. Increased security is required to manage direct and indirect security threats to vulnerable country, company staff. Additional and appropriate security precautions are to be implemented by country, company management depending on the circumstances.
Country, company management will maintain travel restrictions for international visitors and all domestic travel within the country as necessary. Increased country, company risk management and security requirements including continued evacuation will apply as appropriate. All national non-essential staff is to remain home.
Close Operations, Provide Support for Stay Behind National Staff
A “Country Crisis” security environment. Civil unrest, continuous violence and high levels of criminal activity appear to be escalating to the point where the complete fabric of government and law and order is breaking down. Country, company management decides that the company can no longer continue operations. Country, company management is to evacuate remaining essential staff as appropriate. Continued organizational and personal security and risk management procedures are required as appropriate.
All remaining national staff will be requested to stay at home until further notice. Staff may have to move to alternative family locations or move to identified safe havens to maintain safety and security or be evacuated as appropriate.
High levels of vulnerability and exposure to direct/indirect adverse impact on country, company operations and/or personnel remain; there is a need to continue the evacuation of essential staff as required.
“Alert Level Black” The evacuation of families and non-essential staff is complete, Mandatory evacuation of essential staff continues as appropriate. Increased security is required to manage direct and indirect security threats to vulnerable country, company staff. Additional and appropriate security precautions are to be maintained by country, company management depending on the circumstances.
Country, company management will maintain travel restrictions for international visitors and all domestic travel within the country as necessary. Increased country, company risk management and security requirements including continued evacuation will apply as appropriate. All national staff are to remain home.
Routine Security Awareness
A normal security environment requiring awareness, preparation and compliance to country, company organizational and personal security and risk management procedures.
Intermittent security incidents may occur. Some minor tensions may exist. Security unrest including acts of terrorism, politically motivated violence, public unrest and crime are sporadic. Authorities are capable of maintaining law and order without further wider impact on public safety and security.
There is little or no direct/indirect adverse impact on country, company operations and/or personnel.
“Alert Level Green” does not mean the organization or personnel are complacent. Proper planning, establishment and maintenance of routine policy, procedures, processes and systems supported by adequate physical security is of vital importance.
Country, company management will implement and maintain normal travel approval procedures for international visitors and all domestic travel within the country. All normal country, company risk management and security requirements will apply.
Enhanced Security Required
An elevated security environment requiring “Caution.” Consider voluntary evacuation of families as appropriate and implement enhanced levels of awareness, preparation and compliance to country, company organizational and personal security and risk management procedures.
Security incidents are frequent, tensions have increased. Security unrest such as acts of terrorism, politically motivated violence, public unrest and crime, including extortion and coercion, are becoming more regular. Authorities have difficulty in maintaining law and order in certain areas, a number of security incidents have a wider impact on public safety and security.
There is an increased vulnerability for the direct/indirect adverse impact on country, company operations and/or personnel.
“Alert Level Yellow” There is an identified need to mitigate the frequency and capacity of direct and indirect security threats where company staff are potentially vulnerable. There is a requirement for the “Preparation” of the evacuation of dependents and non-essential staff as appropriate. Additional and appropriate security precautions are to be implemented by country, company management depending on the circumstances.
Country, company management will continue to maintain normal travel approval procedures for international visitors and all domestic travel within the country as necessary. However, travel restrictions will be implemented for locations experiencing severe security incidents as required. Enhanced company risk management and security requirements will apply, including the voluntary evacuation of families as appropriate.
Reduce Presence, Increased Security Required
A “High Alert” security environment has the potential to escalate further beyond the ability of authorities to maintain regular and full control. Country, company management is to evacuate families of expatriate employees and consider the voluntary evacuation of non-essential staff as appropriate. Increased organizational and personal security and risk management procedures are required as appropriate.
There is clear evidence of continued and increasing security incidents and high levels of tension. There are increased and frequent levels of security unrest including acts of terrorism, politically motivated violence, and public unrest. High levels of crime becoming more regular including country, company management focused incidents. Authorities cannot maintain complete law and order; security incidents continue to have a wider impact on public safety and security.
High levels of vulnerability and exposure to direct/indirect threat impact on country, company management operations and/or personnel. High Alert Situation indicates a clear need to evacuate personnel.
“Alert Level Orange” Mandatory evacuation of families and voluntary evacuation of non-essential staff, increased security is required to manage “High Alert” direct and indirect security threats to vulnerable country, company staff. Additional and appropriate security precautions are to be implemented by country, company management depending on the circumstances.
Country, company management will upgrade and maintain travel restrictions for international visitors and all domestic travel within country as necessary. Increased country, company risk management and security requirements including evacuation will apply as appropriate.
